    You can use it at any place that allows you to get cash back ie.wal mart walgreens etc . When I was doing EBAY a few years ago I would buy a money order using my PAYPAL debit card from the post office and deposit it into my account to get the money transferred over quicker....

    In general I wont send my customers money through PayPal. I will send a check or deposit it directly into their account if they have a branch in Tampa....If they need it through PayPAl i dont buy the load...
