its hard to find boxes exactly the right size, i find myself adding to them or cutting them down quite frequently
also had to buy 4x8 cardboard sheets and make my own boxes with scissors and a hot glue gun
as long as you have cardboard, some free time and a hot glue gun you can make any size box you want
I buy and sell all types of scrap and escrap. I buy specialty and hard to sell escrap. I buy resale items. PM me or contact me at jghilino@hotmail.com
I AM ACTIVELY BUYING ESCRAP OF ALL TYPES. BOARDS, RAM, CPUS AND MUCH MORE

Only thing about grocery boxes..ignore the produce ones unless the bottom is filled, usually have a big slot at the bottom. I find dropping a piece of cardboard in works to get around that, but..eh, if you don't want to deal with it, figured its something to point out.
Sirscrapalot - Check your banana boxes.
For $1.50 I use the 18x18x24 boxes from home depot. Load them to around 65lbs and with ewasteds shipping label and picked up at my door is around $30

George, why would you pay for boxes when there free boxes all over the place. Drive around on garbage night, people throw them away all the time or look on CL, there's always boxes for free on CL. USPS is the most expencive way to ship anything and the service is poor. Not trying to bash the post office, just statting the facts. Again if your shipping to E-wasted use his prepaid shipping lables. Best deal I've found and it's no money out of pocket, he takes it out of what he owes you for your scrap. My .02

I choose to buy boxes because i want uniform boxes that i know will fit 65lb in them for the best shipping rate and i go for overkill on durability by getting boxes rated for 80lbs. $2 on a $150-300 box wont kill me

I find the 18x18x16 boxes to be perfect. I sent two out on Thursday, one was 55lbs, the other 57lbs. It cost roughly $20 each to ship them.
The most important thing in my mind is not the dimensions of the box but how much tape you use. I used almost three rolls of tape on those boxes before I was comfortable letting them go.

i use the 6ft box on the back of my truckin all honesty i don't know why more of you don't deliver it in person, i took an over $2000 (probably closer to 2500 but its been a while) load to easy last year, im talking a gaylord 3/4 full and my back seat full of stuff, dont remember the numbers but it couldnt have cost me over 250 to make the trip even with meals, i reread my old review for him it took me 7 hours to get there, i done the whole trip in a day and got to meet a member, i done the same thing a couple weeks ago with barren and with him being 45min away it cost me less than 30 in diesel. no messing with boxes except a gaylord, no packing or trips to the post office. not to mention the education a buyer can give you in person. im small time when it comes to ewaste and to be honest i don't even try to get it, with the amount of boards some of you guys get i would either haul it myself or get one of those guys on uship to haul a 24ft trailer load of it. to me if your having to buy boxes and making sure you dont overload a box your just wasting time and money. im working on a converter load right now and late this year or sometime next year im delivering them in person either in VT or TX or another buyer if i find any others depending on prices at the time, all total right now i have around 75 give or take from the last 10 weeks and waiting till i get 500 of em for the next price bump. when you meet these people in person you learn so much you could never learn on a forum. hands on for me thats the only way to be, sorry to ramble but i really think you guys would appreciate the trip

i think the reason a lot of us dont save up a truck load is because we need the money to buy more and to live on

i understand that some need to keep on going and i have my cars to do that for me, i see alot of guys winning government auctions and some people even get them for free, i just know the motherboards take up alot of room, i like bigger numbers is all if i get 200 dollars it will dissappear, if i get $2000 ill aquired some neat new tools
