I shipped a box to Canada last week. Had it packed in a small priority box. It was gonna be over $23, less than a pound. She brought me another box, identical in every way, right down to the "priority mail", except, the other box had "flat rate" in the mix. It was $12 postage. Then she wrapped some tape around it with "flat rate" printed all over it. Go figure. I tossed the wasted box
