    I don't actually know where to take them. There are some escrappers near me that will take them for a fee, but outside of that I don't know, sorry...I just thought I should share that information since I ran across it. I actually have been waiting on the EPA to ease that opinion on the tubes...handled correctly they are no more dangerous than a soda bottle with a cap on it.
