BTW, I assume you know the right way to lift a bike;
Squat down and put your butt sideways against the seat. One hand grabs the handle bar, the other grabs the rear frame/seat grab handle. Unsquat using your legs to upright it. Not too hard or you dump it over onto the other side with you on top. There are youtube videos showing the right technique.
That adreniline rush to upright it the wrong way will kill your back or hernia. (two hernia surgeries and one back injury).
