Are you sure you are gonna fill potholes in your driveway with it. You realize that there if its grindings there is some sort of fluid it in from the grinding process and you are ok with that being in your driveway. Is the stuff even EPA approved as fill. You better hope it doesn't pollute the water supply. The hell with it have you even thought this fully through at all??????????
