    interesting. Should I assume that you have a vey specific plan written that includes exactly what most of the costs would run? The advantage to a "partner" would be no cost to dispose of CRT's in exchange for fronting the additional working capital. You might consider an upper limit on that number. Otherwise could you handle 1000 plus tubes showing up in the next three weeks? However for a potential partner this could be an inexpensive method to dispose of tubes. Am I understanding the big picture of your proposal correctly?
