    Thought so, the EU has quite strict policies on recycling and are directly involved with regulations concerning the life span of products, and their packaging.

    If you stay low profile, do your scrapping behind closed doors, and get along with your neighbours, you should be fine without the handful of required permits (just my opinion, but I am a recalcitrant by nature)

    If you want to do lots of scrapping and publicly advertise, you will have to jump through all the hoops put in front of you.
