I got my first pocket knife when I was 9 yrs old and carried it everywhere including school. It seemed nearly every boy of that age had a pocket knife. They are great for cutting baling twine to feed the cows or bed them down with straw.

Recently I bought a couple of pocket knives, SS with a clip so they go in your pocket and the clip part is outside the pocket. One stated reason is with the clip outside and visible its not a concealed weapon. Weird what laws will cause as a reaction. 73, Mike
