Thanks KZBELL! I understand depreciation, i was in the used car business for 12 years prior. Wavecrazed suggested I lower my price. I have done research on this item and my listed price is $3,500.00 lower than a similar one that sold -as-is . I post on CL and never expect to get what im asking on there, so I inflate the asking price to give me some leverage on negotiating.
