Just broke down the 12 computers I baught yesterday.

Well just so you can see what you can get from scrap computers. this is what I got from the 12 towers I baught yesterday.

3 dvdrw drives 1 is a lightscribe Should get $20 each for them on ebay.
3 good hard drives 40gb 80gb and 160gb should be able to get $10 for the 40 and 80 and $15 or $20 for the 160
2 1gb pc2700 ram sticks should get $15 for them

1 athlon x2 6400+ Sells for $60 on ebay used Another $10 for the heatsink.
    2 1gb pc5300 another easy $15 bucks
1 MSI motherboard $30 on ebay

I think the last 3 things im going to use them to make my TV computer Allready have them put in with a sata DVDRW and 320gb HD that I got from other scrap computers. Also a PCI express video card with HDMI output. Also got this from a scrap computer. Should have a real nice computer after its said and done.

So all in all for $160 investment just in resellable stuff im looking at $230 just in the stuff I pulled from the 12 towers. Plus the $150 worth of hard drives I posted on ebay yesterday from same lot and allready sold $75 worth of them. So im looking at $380 and havnt even broken down the 12 macs yet.

Long story short learn to check your scrap parts for working parts and sell them on ebay.

almost forgot I got 4 agp graphics cards im going to try and sell for $10 each on ebay too see how that goes.
