    Ha. I ever find a betamax it's going to be in my collection. I remember them when you can could still rent them, same with the old laser disc players, not surprised still a market for either.

    I say take a chance Red, if your doing the thrift store route, or yard sales, you shouldnt be paying more then a couple bucks. Lest how their priced by me. thrift store..run me about 2 if I bought it there, yard sale..even cheaper as you can haggle.

    Good on you all for selling the older stuff, there is still folks out there who love their vhs, dvd, laser disc, beta etc.



    Oh an I also have dual one Mike, looks fancy but it's just a emerson. Free from a yard sale. works to, its my back up for when the current ones go bye bye.
