    You can get a cheap tester for them. Mine's a CoolMax brand, google coolmax tester and you'll see a list of them, I think I paid $10 or $12 for it, but that's been several years ago. The old AT PSs might stand a chance of selling too, or brands like Apple, DEC, IBM etc. for older computers/servers. Not only AT power supplies, any parts for those old boards, even the computer cases are getting harder to find, and the market for vintage stuff is growing too. I generally google motherboard numbers and parts I'm not already familiar with. SGI ( Silicon Graphics ) used to sell very well too, and was rather pricey, but I haven't tried any of it lately
