    Hiya bro!
    I started with cans too. Then I also started collecting tinfoil and steel cans and any bits of metal you find by the side of the road. It's mostly steel people sling, nuts and bolts and bits of cars, so grab some large barrels or builders bags and start collecting. Keep all bits of wire that get thrown aside, and if any of your appliances break, cut em open and see what's inside.
