Hi, Pingu here. Just started crapping purely as a hobby and a therapeutic way to bash out my issues at the end of the day. Not looking for big time, business type ventures. Particularly into e-scrapping Still quite confused by the regulations and struggle to see why hobbyists seem to be penalised.
