I am a lifelong amateur scrapper, even though I never really heard that term until recently. I have always saved things that I thought I could resell. It started with aluminum cans when the kids were little. I also live on a farm, and once in a while, I would take a load of old machinery to the the scrap yard. Now many years later, I still live on the farm, but have a fulltime job. I enjoy tearing apart anything and everything, my friends know that they can always drop off old appliances and really any kind of scrap that they have and I will take care of it. It's just a hobby, but I joined this forum to learn more about how to sort and prepare the stuff I sell for the most profit. Looking forward to learning from everyone.
