Local sources? Everyone and their mother is a “converter buyer”. Check Facebook marketplace anywhere, it’s loaded with converter buyers. When this market crashes, they will be gone. They will be selling chicklets on the side on the road.

It's really funny. The same thing happens when the police do sting operations on sketchy converter buyers. One gets caught for buying stolen cats and the rest take their ads down almost immediately. Buy stolen cats win a trip to jail I guess.

The bad thing is these guys usually are working in a bigger operation so they post bail quickly and are back at it again in a matter of weeks, just in a different area under a different name.
