    Hi from WA. Nation wide exporter here.

    I work with a exporting form and we buy various NF scrap metals and some plastics as well. We only buy complete loads though (42k for 20' metals loads and 34-38k for 40' HC -45' loads) so most members probably can't accomplish that. But you're welcome to try to team up with a junk/scrap yard to do so though!
