Hi and I am happy to be part of this group. I have started a new company here in Rhode Island that scraps as well as repairs and hauls boats and campers. I worked for years in the scrap yard business cutting up ships, boats and other metals but I finally figured out that my pay was never going to be more than the guy who signed my checks. I have been visiting this site for ideas on how to run the other end of the business and all of your posts have been extremely helpful. Now back to working hard and smart, none of which will kill me (I hope)
