My suggestion is to use your educational benefits to pursue a degree in Business. Take some general Business courses to begin with, then in a year or so focus on Business Management, Marketing, Administration or whatever you decide. You could start your scrapping business in the beginning and apply what you learn as you go along. And it would be perfect, since you can scrap more or less according to the college demands on your time.
