    [I] actually did contact the state and asked about regulations. I found out that I would qualify as a dismantler of ewaste and as such wouldn't need a permit. The county department gave me the same information. As long as I don't stockpile material for more than twelve months I am in compliance. Of course, let's hope I was given the right info!
