It is soft material and the nail goes right in, pull it out and the vacuum is equalized. then do what ever else you need to. I've aready got about 2k in glass and have been looking for a way to maximumize the return, I'm going to have to put together one of those cutters that I read about, the one with the DC power source, thanks for that idea.
who you selling the glass to?

Haven't had any luck in that department. just been collecting it up and looking for a buyer. I have been read all around here at SMF for a possible buyer and I know that if I could make it cutlet, then I would have an easier time locating a buyer, but again, most want 10k for minimums.

Yeah and I do know that once you open the glass up, you need to be able to contain the phosphor in a clean air vacuum container, something a little better than just a shopvac type filtering system. I have looked into the proper equipment and looking at about 100k in cost, not to many suppliers for that type of equipment out there, either Japan or Germany.
