Thanks scrap man, didn't get there tonight but hopefully in the next few days. He is tied up still going thru his in laws stuff with his wife so it may be a week before we get started. If you know the island it sounds like a levittown type cape. Never blown out or expanded so not planning on finding any I-beams. Already have the safety stuff and boiler was replaced a few years back so only asbestos that may be present is under the siding that i am hoping is aluminum. I think I may drive by the place tonight on way into work to see what it looks like. Can't wait think its gonna be a lot of fun.
