    You do realize the trash companies have signed contracts with the state, county, city, etc. So good luck with it but don't let me deter you try and see if you can do it. I just don't think its going to be very profitable picking up 7-10 bucks worth of garbage whoops I meant recyclables in a 40 gallon waste bin.

    Well it wouldn't be a trash company but it would be recycling.

    I know not much scrap could come from a 40 gallon container.
    Key I think would be that if their container fills up and they can request a pickup with a simple text. Say they got a new oven and want to get their .04 lb for the old one ,they just text name and address,,,maybe have them give a brief description.



    Payments to them would have to be by mailing check. And make a minimum for the payment of say $5 or so.
