50 bucks a week? How many hours/ mileage is he going? I see a fuel surcharge coming... If I could suggest only 1 thing I would agree on a fuel surcharge in advance based in whatever you both agree is acceptable. I would offer 100% comp on anything over 4$ gallon . Or something along those lines, if you really want to keep him around.
