    That is true, but if you use square, it says it in their help area, that if you do a refund, that your other transactions can be put on hold for a few days.

    Maybe I miss interpreted that, but that is how I took it.

    My guess would be that it depends if you have enough in the acct to cover the refund...if not then new/pending transactions would be applied/held till your Even Steven.
