    Auction house I do a lot of business with offers that discount so I always take advantage.

    Maybe be...cant say yes or no to that, but like I mentioned, I know a few in the past who had it in their policies, and above registers etc.

    Laws could have always changed too, so who knows.

    Most likely, I will just incorporate the fee into prices, or something.
