I cant even start to tell you how much money I have spent over the years on cases of soda (the cheapest one I could find) that I would take out to the range just to use as targets...there fun to shoot...an when you only shoot paper...it gets boring..so I would spend the $3+ to buy a case just to have something else to shoot at. Shooting food...a big mess to clean up...soda...just one can.

Hell...now I want to take my Mosin Nagant out an pop off a few cans...when I shoot them with that rifle they explode! Dont even need to shake them up....its a War World two sniper rifle =D the round is a 7.62X54R...its a beast!!

That's one on my list to pick up, just waiting for the next time my local sporting goods store has em for $99 bucks!

You've convinced me to keep a pallet just to shoot at!

The ammo is DIRTY cheap..but dude...the power behind the round is shocking. If you are kneeing down an take a shot an the ground is dry an dusty...you will see it will kick up a dust wind down range.

Just make sure you have one hell of a backstop

Here are the ballistics of this round
    http://7.62x54r.net/MosinID/MosinAmmo001.htm

Just looking at that chart...you will see why this gun is no push over....

To compare this gun over the AK-47 an the AR-15...read this
    http://mouseguns.com/compare.htm

anyway this is way off topic..but this is a gun to look into for sure!..its my fav.

The main reason I hadn't gotten one is that I was holding out for the FPKs that Atlantic arms sells from Tennesee guns. However, it looks like they are never going to get anymore in stock. Fires the same 7.62x54 round but has an AK action. Neat gun.

As for chugging a case of energy drink, I'm sure I'm not doing that. I hate the taste of most energy drinks and "just don't get it" I guess. I think the point of them is to mix em with alcohol so you can stay up all night drinking. I'm OK to do that without having to drink stuff that tastes like cough syrup so I'll pass. Besides, if it didn't sell to start with, it must be some rank stuff.

They sell a gun stock for the rifle to "sport" it up some. I will be picking up another one an moding the hell out of it with new stock (free float) redo the rifle barrel an put a good scope on it.. Alone with moding the bolt an trigger (to soften it up so the pull pound will be lower giving a smoother shooting rifle)

Another one I am working on is a rock river ar...that will will take a some time and money lol.

Yea, there's alot of mods for those. I'm sure you've probably seen those "Nutnfancy" videos where he's got one with a polymer stock on it. Real cool guns. I've been trying to collect all the guns I figure someone's likely to decide they don't want me to have. That Siaga ate up quite a bit of spare change by the time I got it the way I want it. Next on my list is an AR (not sure which one yet) and a PS-90.

As for the brand of energy drink, I can't recall the brand exactly, something like Comacha Tea or something like that.
