    Kinda sounds like a scrapper to me. in my opinion if you hired a "degreed" engineer to work for you. it would take him a pouch of pipe tobaco, a drafting board /with tools, a slide rule computer 3 helpers, and 3 days to tear down that old dryer. then of course submit plans hand written in triplicat to all parties concerned.

    if a made can be a domestic engineer and the garbage man can be a sanitation engineer, dont see why we cant be recycling engineers. just askin.
