i put all my wire in a 32 gallon trash can that sits near, but not in the regular trash. no one else but me knows its in there, not even my parents half the time as they can never seem to get the wire in the can. and its even got a lid on the can. once you start filling the can you find more and more ways to get the wire you need. and as others have stated spending the time to strip anything smaller than 14 ga. really does take more time than its worth. take it in as is and let the granulators do what they do. those machines can do in a second what will take you an hour by hand.
