Sorry, to clarify...I was trying to see if anyone had any ideas other than the scrap yard...like an electronics surplus place, flea market dealers, etc.



While we are on the topic though, cords with no plugs bring .80 a pound here, .60 with plugs, and plugs by themselves are .10 a pound. It's double what it was a few months ago, so the temptation is to get rid of them at the yard, but I'd hate to miss better money down another avenue I'm not thinking of or wasn't aware of.
