    Pbx systems ?

    Any one know what to expect? were getting in a load a week for the next 3 weeks. These are from our Bank co. First we've gotten from them. They are changing out the whole system. What should I watch for? Help, help.

    Those things will scrap easy if they are the old vanilla plastic boxes. Drop them on the ground and a real nice telecom board falls out.

    On a side note. The main boxes all the modules plug into should have a nice back plane board as well. They however are not so easy to get out. Good luck....... I think!

    Can'tt be worse then the old Cisco or IBM servers.............I hope.

    I scrap a lot of phone systems. Some are small and some are the large PBX systems. I picked up a mid size PBX today, an NEC 2000 equipped for about 200 phones. Nice backplanes and circuit boards.
    Do you know what brand it is?

    2nd that on the brand. Nortel gear can bring a decent amount on ebay.

    found out tonight they are IBM and Nortel. They are a working systems,
