Well, Here I Go!
I rented a 1,000 sq.ft. warehouse this April.
I have already outgrown the space.
I agreed to lease a new location and I will be moving to my new space in July.
It is a 5,000 sq.ft. warehouse in a terrific metropolitan area.
3 loading docks, one with an electric dock leveler.
Formerly a refrigerated warehouse, it should be well insulated: Keeping me from frostbite as well as heat stroke.
It has offices, floor drains and 2 bathrooms.
I am excited (& apprehensive!)
This time, it is Go Big or Go Home.
Wish me luck! It's a BIG move ($$$)
