It is not about slandering, rather they are reviews whether they are positive or negative. Also they can be subjected towards any business dealing with scrap around the world. This is to prevent victimization of honest scrappers from sending their scrap off to people that are well known scammers. I don't see why anyone would be against that, but I guess everyone has their opinion.
