I don't know. This place is about 30% vacant from what I understand...and they told me that they do not allow houses to be removed from the property...is that even legal? If I buy one of them old trailers, shouldn't I be allowed to do what I want with it and move it? And you'd think they'd want to improve their park and be glad for someone wanting to get rid of the old trailers so they can put new ones on the site.
