I'm lucky, where I live I used to own a grocery store. Whenever I caught shoplifters, no matter what their age being that they were kids, or adults, I made them call their mothers, then I would talk to their mothers for a few minutes, and turn the phone back over to the shoplifter and watch them explain to their mother how they just got caught for shoplifting. You see I would give them the choice of either calling their mother, or I could call the police. When I did call the police I usually had already made the shoplifter admit that they came into my store with the intent of stealing, and it was usually over $400 worth of stuff, which is a felony in California, so by making sure I had them on a felony shop lifting, and a felony intent to steal, I made it worth the police officers time and effort to come down to the store and arrest the offender, the way they saw it was that they were sure to get a conviction instead of the usual ticket, release for a petty crime and later have it reduced to something that just required probably or community service. Police don't like being harassed for no good reason, or for what is a waste of time when they could be doing something more useful. So I got to know them, and they appreciate the fact I didn't call them on every little thing.

So far as the harassment thing is concerned, I don't think the OP realizes what he was saying, nor what he was doing. When I was looking up his business I came across another by the same name.

Green Truck - Organic Food Truck, Catering, Weddings, Private Parties

The OP would be far more likely to be sued for using their company name, and then posting what he has on this thread, than I would be for harassing. I am not sure how many different laws he could be entangled with, but with all the negative attention I have to wonder if someone will not get one confused with the other, ending up with one of the others customers coming here and reading what he wrote and potentially harming their business and/or credibility.

Just saying...
