    I thought all yards measured in metric ton. Just like all gold is measured by a troy ounce.

    Well in this country a ton is 2000 lbs like you know we are selling our product here not abroad, when you sell abroad they get the exchange rate on the money unless they state U.S Dollar I believe the yards that pay by the metric ton are thief,s

    I know, but sell gold here it is troy ounce. Call Sims or, Iskiwitz, or Lazro Brothers in TN and ask them what ton they are quoting and all will tell you metric. I have never had a yard here pay by the net ton.
    I did not realize that any yard did. I believe you guys just was not aware of it.

    Thats why I goto Worleys, Midtown, or Rivercity. Rivercity paying the most.

    Sims here in Tulsa pays by Net Ton
