    probably a large company is taking it for free or maybe even charging him for proof of recycling.



    Reasons for so few ewaste buyers:

    Depending on local regulations, it can be a lot of money up front to get certifications and possible building modifications.

    They don't know what to do with it after buying it

    Just a general lack of knowledge of ewaste
