I have thought about using a tile saw for fingers with water for cooling. I don't think it would get that hot, but the water would contain all of the tiny particles of board that were eaten off by the saw. Save that up and send to a refiner. What do you think?

I think the tile saw would be a great idea. The water would also help keep dust/particles off the board from becoming airborne. I may have to pull my tile saw out and test it this weekend. I have several fine blades that should do the job.
