I have a bunch of panels i took out of an industrial building. 400 amps some with breakers, all were working when removed. Also have a lot of switches/disconnects. I just listed them on Craigslist as a big lot, see what happens and will let you know. I imagine there is a market, but they probably cant be used for new installations.
