Lofty goal yes, unreachable no. I have a well developed plan that I have been modifying and revising for a year now. Once I put the next revision on it and get it proof read and printed I will post it on here for all to see and critic. Diversification is the key, scrap metal, e-waste, and hauling should put me right where I want to be.

I am looking into acquiring some capital from investors. Once I get that in place I should be in a position to create some explosive growth.

My GC license is growing mold right now as well and I did what you are proposing. The biggest thing I can recommend is to find which niche you fit into best and concentrate on that. I've tried to "do it all" and just cant keep up. If I'm hauling all day, I cant do marketing or tearing down of equipment. If i'm locked up in my garage then my truck sits idle while someone else gets the goods. At some point you have to step back and see what you want to be doing. Obviously your plan includes hiring labor or getting a partner (or investor). The sooner you figure out what role you want to concentrate on the better. Personally I like driving around in my truck and knocking on doors/handing out cards to businesses. But to make the million $ mark you have to have help (and pay for it somehow!).

The old but true saying comes into play here - "It takes money to make money".
People may laugh at me, but that's ok. I laugh all the way to the bank.

I have gone the partner route several times. Never, ever, ever, neverever, again. I do a lot with real estate investments and have access to some funding. I just need to put something together and ensure their ROI will be right. This is going to take some doing on my part but I have several very solid ideas.

I am still working with real estate investors. I have two properties and will continue to work to acquire new rentals and flips. Something everyone should look into that has a little hustle in the is Real Estate Wholesaling. If anyone is interested just reply and I will start a new thread. The thing about REI is that the is passive income. Which comes snow, rain, or if I just don't get out of bed!
