When doing any business structure setup, I would not recommend doing it yourself. Too much of a headache, and it looks bad. If you are really passionate about your business, have it all done by the pros. I had "legal closeup" setup my structure and they do all the searching and checking so you can worry about business. All in all, it was about a week before I could legally use my business name.
