    check the bid history. I believe that s***a was a shill bidder, or maybe their own automated one? NO serious bidder EVER bids one dollar UNDER the next "hump", ONE dollar OVER it is one who's there to win, never one dollar under it! ($501, yes, but $499, Never) I truly believe that bidder had insider info of their "opponents" high bid
