    you can probly still sell those @ better than scrap value on ebay, like in lots of ten. List 10 and see what the price gets to, then pick a price near that and list with a buy-it-now. you might be pleasantly surprised, but who knows until you try. In lieu of static bags if i had to, i'd wrap memory in plain kitchen towels, even shipped them around the world like that with no complaints. You'll need to verify they're working though, or at least see that the computer boots up and registers them in the bios, meaning you'll need one test computer. Usually if you hit a bad one it'll beep and stop booting, unless you're testing several together, then check in setup that all have fully registered. That's probably about all you can do for testing
