    If it's easy to remove I pull it off and dump it in my plastic pile. Trying to find a place that will recycle it...even if for free. If it's more trouble then it's worth it stays on. Maybe 1 out of 15-20 computer cases still has some plastic on it. Yard takes it all as shred. I figure if they don't look sideways at a fridge with all of that plastic a little on a case doesn't make much difference. They are normally looking for people filling stuff up with cement, sand, etc. then they are plastic.
