If the parts are all there I think you'll get your money back. Do you know if the CPUs, RAM, and HDDs are still in them? I'd guess the surge protectors are UPS units with 2 garden tractor size batteries inside? did you bring it all in, or is it still there ? What server still works? Parts are sometimes good on Ebay if they're not too old
