    ^Not the best rule of them...A board could have all socketed IC chips only, then you pull them all off and now that high grade mobo maybe even telecom now just became probably a mid grade board....

    Like I said, when I was getting started.....just like these guys. My buyer doesn't change pricing if the ics and EPROMs are on or off so it's better for me to take them off and get paid out separately. Yes they should check with their buyers before removing them.
