i accept 'dirty' boards and electronics from my corporate and govt accounts simply because i do not have to pay for them. i no longer accept boards that still have the heat sinks, batteries, retainers, mounting brackets, etc on them when i am paying for them. i have lost a few customers, but my profits are up. everyone has to do what is best for their business. if you are not making enough profit then you need to reassess your business model.
