    Yup, that is a slot processor. The 'cpu' is the entire mini board, about the size of 3 sticks of ram stacked on top of each other. I use a screwdriver to wedge between the plastic and chip and break a corner free. Rip the plastic off, often the processor is held in place by a pair of little metal brackets. Pop those off, seperate the aluminum and you are set, you sell the board as is with no further seperation.
