The only difference (in terms of materials) is the processor unit, PII cpu can yield 0.1-0.3 grams of pure gold per unit where the PIII will probably yield just a few miligrams.

There are other PM's in most CPU's such as Ag and Pd, but i never bothered to assay them. Someday, maybe...
